Analysis: After a week of waiting due to weather, Chestnut Ridge visits Berlin tomorrow night in a District 5 showdown. There's a lot of possibilities in the Lions' lineup after McCoy wrestled at 120 last week and Crouse did so the same night at 152. Down low, Boyce and Belcher have good records for Berlin, but they haven't seen the likes of some combination of Burkett, Williams, McCoy or Hobson as their opponents. Depending on the matchups, I think it's possible the Mountaineers win eight bouts. I don't think it's likely because Lions' coach Greg Lazor has much more flexibility with his lineup. Even if Berlin pulls seven or eight wins off, I think the bonus points for Chestnut Ridge will be too much to overcome. Buttry-Cahill at 195 and a potential Crouse-Fochtman bout are the highlighted individual battles. We still haven't seen Braden Fochtman for Berlin, and I would be very surprised if he's on the mat tomorrow night.
Prediction: Chestnut Ridge, 36-23.
