Penn State has regained the #1 position in the latest Division I rankings by USA Today/NWCA/AWN. Oklahoma State, previously #3, defeated former #2 Minnesota and the Cowboys are now at #2. Penn State received 9 of the 10 first place votes while #4 Ohio State got the other first place vote.
