Boiling Springs beat Biglerville, 36-26. In Mark Dugan's Off the Mat Team Rankings, Biglerville was #2 in Class AA and Boiling Springs was #4.
These two teams along with Bermudian Springs are the powers in District 3. Boiling Springs is now 9-0, while Biglerville is 13-1. Both teams will wrestle Bermudian Springs, who is #10 in Dugan's rankings, later this month. Biglerville's notable victory so far is a 44-27 decision over Saucon Valley, who is probably the second best team in District 11, behind Bethlehem Catholic. Saucon Valley is #8 in the rankings.
Up in the northwest, #9 Reynolds owns a 33-25 win over #11 Fort LeBoeuf. Credit Fort LeBoeuf, who went to Canon-McMillan on Wednesday night and wrestled the Big Macs, who are ranked among the top 10 teams in the country in various national polls. Canon-Mac won 44-14, but competition such as that is what has made Fort LeBoeuf's team one of the top ones at the state duals in Hershey in the last few seasons.
