— There are 26 schools in Class AA that have at least seven individual regional qualifiers. Below is the list of them:

— A total of 80 freshmen qualified for one of the four regional tournaments. The Southeast Regional (Districts 1, 3, 11, 12) leads with 29 ninth-graders, followed by the Southwest (5, 6, 7) with 25, the Northwest (9, 10) with 15, and the Northeast (2, 4) with 11. By weight class, the 106-pound bracket at the Southwest Regional will include 11 freshmen, the most of any single weight in any of the four regions.
— The 15 wrestlers in the 145-pound bracket at the Southwest Regional have combined for 439 wins this season. That's the most by far of any weight in any region. In the Southeast Regional, leading the way is 132 pounds with 377 victories. The 138-pound class paces the Northwest Regional with 271 wins, and the 132-pound bracket leads the Northeast Regional at 254 wins.
