Defending champions - Dan Albright (Chestnut Ridge), Toby Brett (Bedford), Tanner Cahill (Conemaugh Township), Derrick Claar (Chestnut Ridge), Tyler Dibert (Chestnut Ridge), Ryan Easter (Bedford), Drew Gartland (Northern Bedford), Jacob Nickelson (Somerset).

Defending team champion - Chestnut Ridge.

Notes - Dibert seeking to become a four-time champion and just the second from his school. Cahill and Easter can become three-time winners. Gartland enters the weekend with 99 career victories. Top 3 finishers in each weight advance to next weekend's Southwest Regional.
